The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has received guidelines from the Ministry of Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation, Government of India, for the preparation of the Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2021. Drawing lessons from the experience of the last four(4) decades, these guidelines include some major initiatives for proper development of Delhi in consonance with the requisites of modern living and acceptable environmental parameters.

These guidelines are being made available for the information of general public. To enable DDA to formulate MPD-2021 through a process of extensive consultation and participation of all the stake holders, you are welcome to give your comments / suggestions at the following address:-
