DDA has started taking various types of feedback through mobile applications with a motive to improve its services to the general public and DDA employees as conveniently as possible. Various Types of mobile applications developed by DDA are as under : -

1. Mobile application for online filling of Measurements Books of Engineering Projects:- In DDA, a user friendly mobile and web enabled application has been designed and developed for filling the Measurement Books (MB) by the contractors and engineers online and during the process of filling the latitude and longitude of the location are also captured. This ensures that engineer has actually visited the site for taking the measurements. This online filling of MB will help in completion of projects in time.

2. Mobile application for protection of land by uploading periodic photographs:- This mobile application has been designed and developed in DDA through which the officials of Land Protection Wing and Engineering Wing, Horticulture Wing, Land management , MOR and Pre-monsson departments of DDA upload the photographs of vacant lands periodically. In this process, the latitude and longitude of the locations are also captured though these photographs and thus one can easily detect the encroachments and timely action for removing the encroachments can be taken.

3. Mobile based Feedback Systems for DDA Community Halls:- Applications for taking feedback from public about the maintenance and services of Community Halls of DDA have been designed and developed. Applicants gives the feedback through this mobile application on the services of various Community halls of DDA booked by them. Applicants , who booked community halls can login using their Request ID and Mobile No.(Password).

4. Mobile based Feedback Systems for DDA Sports Complexes:- Members of Sports Complexes can give feedback on various parameters and sub-parameters. They first register using their Membership No. During registration password is sent on their Email ID or Mobile No. After registration members can login using their Membership No and password and can give feedback. Members can also change password if required..

5. Mobile based Feedback Systems for DDA Golf Courses :- . Members of DDA Golf Courses can give feedback on various services being provided by the Golf courses. Members first register using their Membership No. During registration password is sent on their Email ID or Mobile No. After registration members can login using their Membership No and password and can give feedback on various parameters and sub-parameters. Members can also change password if required.

6. Mobile based Feedback Systems for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 :- Allottes of DDA Housing Scheme-2014 can give feedback on various construction and maintenance parameters and sub-parameters. Allottes first register using their Application No. During registration password is sent on their Email ID or Mobile No. After registration allottes can login using their Application No and password and can give feedback. Allottes can also change password if required.

7. Monitoring the services in DDA parks through Mobile Apps:- The mobile based and web enabled application has been designed and developed through which the services in DDA parks are being monitored through public feedback. Public upload the photographs and DDA officials take action on their feedback immediately and again upload the photograph after resolving the issue.

8. uploading of photographs of booking sites through mobile app:- through this app, DDA employees take the photographs of booking sites and upload the same.

9. Mobile / Web Enabled Systems for Benefit of Children of DDA employees:- This online application runs on mobiles and DDA’s website. The wards of DDA staff can apply only for getting staff benefit fund.

Web enabled application as mentioned above are available on DDA website i.e. www.dda.org.in for viewing information and generated various reports by authorized person.

Mobile Apps may be modified from time to tome as per requirement of user department of DDA.
