A.The officers of DDA at the levels of Kanoongo, Patwari, Naib Tehsildar, JE or AE visit the site and submit the report for action. The demolition programme is thereby fixed with the approval of Competent Authority.

A.The complainant will be informed about action taken by DDA through same means by which complaint was received.

A.Yes. The execution of demolition/eviction programme depends on the availability of police force. In cases where police force is available the demolition/eviction programs are executed and the land is reclaimed after removal of unauthorized constructions/possession.

A.Complaint registered with SO (Horticulture) or DD (Horticulture) is registered with Director (Horticulture). A request is submitted to Commissioner (LM) who takes the action for removal of encroachment.
