EX-SERVICE MEN

• Pension Certificate
• Certificate of Income

LAND ACQUISITION CASES

• Copy of Ration Card/Passport/Voters Card
• Lac Certificate

• Date of Birth Certificate
• Prior Allotment of a Shop/Stall by DDA/Government
• Agency in Delhi
• Prior Employment in DDA

PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED

• Affidavit For Bonafide Resident of Delhi for last 5 years
• Physically Handicap Certificate from Govt. Hospital
• Photograph
• Date of Birth Certificate
