What is the procedure for getting Extension of time
for construction of building? |
| A1. |
The society may be deemed to have been allowed to complete
the construction within he stipulated period from the date of possession
of site. Further extension of time will be given subject to payment
of composition fee/penalty for belated construction at the prescribed
rate issued from time to time by the competent Authority. |

What is the procedure for execution of lease? |
| A2. |
The fair copies of lease papers are issued by lease Administration
Office, DDA for stamping from the office of Collector of stamps
to the society. The three copies of the lease deed duly stamped
are retuned by the society. The cost of Rs.45 on account of documental
charges are to be deposited. After depositing the dues i.e. ground
rent etc., the allottee is called for execution of lease deed along
with following documents :-
- Rubber stamps of the society.
- Notary authorized along with resolution of the society.
