The Rules 3 embraces the purposes for which Nazul land may be allotted and This rule runs in following words. " The Authority may allot Nazul land for public utilities , community facilities , open spaces , parks , Play grounds, residential purposes, industrial and commercial uses and such other purposes as may be specified from time to by the Central Govt. notifications".
