Allotment Procedures

Rates

The rule 5 provide for the rates of premium for allotment of Nazul land to certain public intuitions and it provides as under:

" The authority may allot Nazul land to schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, other social or charitable intuitions, religious, political, semi- political organization and local bodies for remunerative of un-remunerative purposes at the premier and ground rent in force immediately before the coming into force of these rules, or at such as the Central Government may determine from time to time".

It is worth mentioning here the allotment for hospitals is not made at institutional rates as the disposal of land for hospitals is made through tenders.
